Tom Geiser is a certified mediator in the State of Missouri and conflict coach. Tom was named Board Member for the Association of Missouri Mediators in October of 2022. Tom spent over 25 years in communications and marketing, so he is well versed in working with others for mutual benefit. He has the ideal skillset and experience to bring parties together and guide them to a successful settlement. Currently, he has been tapped to be part of the U.S. Department of Justice Community-Police Dialogue for Ferguson, MO.
He has been trained by top mediators and worked with some of the best conflict resolution programs in the state. As a conflict coach, Tom helps one party resolve a conflict or prepare for mediation. His services can be in-person or online.
He offers a number of mediation services, including employment, discrimination, business, community and landlord/tenant (Please see Practice Areas below). He has completed an advanced training in workplace conflict resolution through Mediate.com, the leading site for mediation training.
